Net earnings plummeted 74% Y/Y on acquisition-related charges, masking actual revenue growth. The company is raising its FY12 guidance based on the robustness of its business base and the rapid integration of its Magma Design Automation acquisition earlier this year. It now expects FY earnings of $2.03 - $2.07 per share on revenue of $1.74B - $1.76B.
